Order is shipped via standard / ground service provided by Canada Post. Tracking numbers will be provided for every order.

Some items may not be qualify for free shipping due to oversize or overweight. We will indicate the ineligible item(s) in the product descriptions if it is the case.

Shipping General:

Megazone Online Store currently ships only to Canada, United States and some European countries.

Main Shipping carriers: Canada Post/ USPS

Shipping Cost will be shown after filling in customer information & selecting shipping method.

Billing address must match the address on the credit card statement in order to process the order.

Shipping address must be corrected in order to avoid any shipping problem.

Shipping Insurance is not covered by us. Please email us if you want to add it up to ensure the extra protection. However, Canada Post provide up to $100 shipping insurance at no additional cost in some cases.

For CANADA Customers

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of placing an order.

Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Estimated delivery time according to Canada Post:

Local: 2 days, Regional: up to 5 days ,National: up to 9 days

There will be a special rate for orders shipping to Nunavut, Yukon or the Northwest Territories. Shipping discount offers promoted on megazone.ca or within any promotional platform do not apply for orders being shipped to these areas.

For USA Customers

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of placing an order.

Estimated Delivery time according to USPS/ Canada Post: 2-8 business days

Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

There will be a special rate for orders shipping to Alaska & Hawaii. Shipping discount offers promoted on megazone.ca or within any promotional platform do not apply for orders being shipped to these areas.

For European Customers

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of placing an order.

Estimated delivery time according to Canada Post: 6-15 business days

Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

**Megazone is not liable for shipping delays, buyers purchase at their own risk. Please allow additional delivery time for customs safety inspections, time varies per country. In addition, some countries do have high risk of long shipping delays due to international customs procedures.

**All US & International orders are subject to local taxes payable upon receipt of order and are the responsibility of the recipient. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
