How can I place my order(s)?

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store.

  • Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". 
  • Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method.
  • We will ship your package within 1-3 business days.

 

What form of payment do you accept?

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

  • We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards & PayPal. 

 

Why correct shipping address is so important?

We want to ensure that our customer(s) can get the order asap for a better experience with online order(s).

  • Customer(s) is/are responsible to fill in the correct shipping address before confirming the order.
  • Megazone is not liable for any shipping problems due to the wrong mailing address(s) provided by the customer(s).
  • If the parcel(s) end up being returned to us, we offer a refund minus 20% restocking fee & shipping fee. So, it is very important to double check your shipping address(s).

 

How can I know the shipping cost?

  • Shipping cost will be shown after filling in the customer information & selecting the shipping method

 

What currency is using in this website?

  • All prices should be displayed in local currency. 
  • Default currency is in Canadian dollars (CAD)
  • Orders will be processed in CAD

 

What is the return policy?

We hope that you absolutely love and enjoy your purchase from Megazone Online!

All sales are final on this website. There are no return / exchange on all orders. Order(s) can only be returned due to damage caused by transit or the mistake is made by us.

Qualifying item(s) of your order can be returned within 7 days of receiving. Please email us to begin the process. 

  • Returns sent without our prior approval will not be accepted and may not be refunded. 
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
  • If you received a damaged item(s), please provide a photo of the item(s) within 24 hours of receiving. We can report it to the post office/ or courier.

 

How can I change something on my order?

We ship item(s) soon after receiving order. If you need to change your order, please email us as soon as possible:

  • Use email address megazone.ca@yahoo.com
  • Write the subject as 'Order Change'.
  • Include your order number.
  • Include the desired changes.

* We can only make alterations if the original order hasn't been sent out. We will try our best to accommodate the request!
